2. Subscription Service
2.1 How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to our olive oil delivery service, you are entering into a recurring subscription agreement. You will receive deliveries according to your chosen plan:
Harvest Reserve: One-year subscription with limited availability (3 deliveries per year at 4-month intervals)
Subscribe & Save: Ongoing subscription with quarterly deliveries (can be paused or modified anytime)
2.2 Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable
Payment is taken on your subscription start date and then recurring according to your chosen payment frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice
You will receive a receipt via email for each payment
2.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail after reasonable attempts, we may suspend your subscription until payment is received.
3. Cancellation and Cooling-Off
3.1 Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
3.2 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you cancel within 14 days of your first delivery, you have the right to a full refund. After this period, cancellations take effect but no refund is issued for the current billing cycle.
3.3 Returns After Cancellation
If you wish to return unopened products after cancelling, you have a further 14 days from cancellation to notify us. Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
4. Pausing and Modifying Your Subscription
You can pause, skip a delivery, or change your subscription details (size, frequency, product) anytime through your account with no penalty. Changes take effect on your next scheduled delivery.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
5.2 Delivery Timing
Deliveries are made according to your subscription schedule. We aim to deliver within 5 business days of processing your order, though delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Damaged or Missing Products
If your delivery arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days with photos/evidence. We will investigate and replace or refund the affected items.
5.4 Harvest Reserve and Availability
Harvest Reserve subscriptions are limited each year based on harvest yield. If a harvest shortfall occurs, we will notify you. Subscribe & Save customers are always guaranteed delivery from available stock.
6. Product Information
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but we do not warrant that they are entirely accurate or error-free
Actual products may vary slightly from images due to photography and natural variations
Expiration dates and shelf life information are provided upon delivery
7. Intellectual Property
